How to contact Ntripi support

Updated 2026-09-01

The fastest way to report a problem with the app is to shake your phone — Ntripi captures the screen and lets you draw on it before sending. For anything else, use the address below that matches what you need.

Report a bug from inside the app#

Shake your phone. Ntripi takes a screenshot, hands you a pen to circle what is wrong, and lets you add a note and a category before sending.

The screenshot goes with the report, which saves you describing a layout in words. Nothing is sent until you tap send.

You can turn the gesture off in Settings ▸ Support ▸ Shake to report. On the web there is no shake, so use Settings ▸ Support ▸ Report a bug instead.

What to include#

A report is much faster to act on with:

  • What you did, in the order you did it.
  • What you expected, and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot, if the problem is visible.
  • Your device and app version — the in-app reporter attaches these automatically, which is one more reason to use it where you can.

Reporting content rather than a bug#

To report something another person published, use the flag action on the trip, review or profile itself rather than email. It reaches the moderation queue directly and carries the context with it.

Reports are not shown to the person you reported.
